Piece Of Mind In An Uncertain World
Biography
Following her admission to practice in the New York and Connecticut courts, she began her legal career by routinely appearing at conferences and arguing motions in all five boroughs of New York City.
Though born and raised in Manhattan, Rachel now happily lives and works in Dutchess County. She has years of experience handling all aspects of matrimonial and family matters including divorces (contested and uncontested), separation agreements, custody and visitation disputes (between parents and against other family members), spousal and child support modifications, enforcement, and post-judgment issues.
Rachel zealously advocates for her clients in negotiations, depositions, and mediations, and fiercely litigates on their behalf with well-crafted motions and strong oral arguments inside the courtroom.
